When the lobster tacos arrived, I was struck by the color and vibrancy....soft, golden tortillas cradling a generous portion of lobster meat that looked almost too beautiful to eat. The aroma carried a hint of lime and a whisper of spice, promising brightness alongside richness. The first bite confirmed it: this wasn't your everyday taco. The lobster was buttery and sweet, cooked just to the point where it retained its tender juiciness without a trace of chewiness. Each morsel had that fresh, ocean-kissed flavor that only top-quality shellfish delivers. What elevated the dish even further were the thoughtful accompaniments. A crisp slaw added crunch and balance, while a drizzle of creamy sauce---lightly spiked with citrus---tied everything together without overwhelming the star of the plate. The tortillas themselves were warm and pillowy, clearly fresh and capable of standing up to the richness inside. Every element felt intentional. The tacos were indulgent yet balanced, satisfying without being heavy. They struck that rare middle ground between casual comfort food and something you'd happily dress up for. The lobster tacos was so good. But basically all the food we ordered were delicious. Celebrated my 50th birthday here and Alyssa was our server and she was awesome. She was very attentive, sweet and went extra mile to make my birthday cake more festive by placing a firework candle!
